Eat Healthy Guys

Yeah so basically I decided to start the week with some healthy food. I got Quinoa with some cucumbers, bell peppers, and tomatoes along with some low fat feta cheese... :) Mmmmmm... Actually tastes really good.

  1. Looks so yummy! Great job including eating as part of your story. What do you know about the foods you chose here? Why are they better than something else... like Kraft dinner?

  2. I know that tomatoes have a huge amount of Vitamin C (good for eyes and helps your immune system I think, not sure) and onions apparently protect your body from cancer according to my dad. I don't know much but it is better than Kraft Dinner because we got most of the veggies from my cousin's veggie garden and the quinoa is organic as it says on the package whereas Kraft Dinner is mostly artificial flavoring and that's not so good.
